What are Bach Flower Remedies?

Bach Flower Remedies are a set of 38 different essences, each of them addressing a different emotion. 37 of them are produced with flowers and bushes; only one of them, Rock water, is water coming from a special natural spring. They are completely natural and have no side effects. Normally bottles contain some brandy as a preservative, but alcohol-free bottles are available as well.

According to the bad feelings that you are experiencing, you will take the appropriate remedy and it is possible to combine them in a mixing bottle. Helping you to balance your emotions, Bach Flower Remedies can help you to transform bad feelings in positive energy that you will be able to use to cope with the challenges of life.

They work in a gentle way but they are very powerful.

Bach Flower Remedies can be used by people any age (from babies to elderly people), animals and plants. I specialise with people.

Please follow the link below to find out how each remedy covers a specific emotion.

The Rescue Remedy

In addition to the 38 remedies, Dr. Bach created the Rescue Remedy, a combination of 5 of the 38 remedies (Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clematis) that is used mostly in emergency situations. I always carry a bottle in my handbag and highly recommend my clients to do the same as it can be really helpful in any situations when bad feelings break through and we do not have our remedies with us.

How the remedies began

Bach Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach, an outstanding physician, bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath, in the 1920s and 1930s in Oxford. The whole of his work was based on finding a simple self-help system, so that people could heal themselves without the need of appealing to someone else.
